Very good steak restaurant, vegetarian options, prices are good, the service is nice, I recommend a reservation because the place is often busy.

Very nice service and delicious food. The steaks were very juicy and grilled to the point. We would love to come back.

We were on a short trip to Lübeck and spontaneously decided to eat here on Thursday. Everything worked fine. Super friendly and attentive service. The steaks on point. What can I say it was really good ... and in the end there was not only a steak for Junior but also the buck as a card game. Highly Recommended

Meat quality outstanding, unfortunately the portions are quite small and the "baked potatoes" come from a drawer under the kitchen counter - only lukewarm and quite bland. The price-performance ratio is therefore no longer so good. If you just want a juicy steak, this is the place for you.

We felt like we were in America that evening in the Block House such a super friendly service and from all the service staff, the food, the meat was delicious and exactly on the point the meat as ordered, also the dark with a lot of wood like in Tallahaesie in Long Horn for us absolutely five stars We loved it Block House Lübeck keep it up

As you are used to from Block House, consistently delicious food. The waiting time wasn't too long. On the phone, however, it was said that you could not reserve a table at that time. When we were there without a reservation at that time, the restaurant was half empty.

Today we were in Lübeck at the Blockhaus for the first time. I had the mushroom pan and my friend had the chicken leg, in any case the portions were very, very tasty, the quality and the service was excellent. For dessert there was a lava cake and an ice cream with lemon cheesecake. they'll definitely come back to the Blockhouse.

Sorry Guys but I had some bad meat (really bad). I am convinced that it was a one of mistake, and I got a nice steak instead, but I think you could have handlet it a little better 😊

Best place to have steak. In deserts I would recommend vanilla ice cream with hot chocolate.

In terms of quality, Blockhouse is always worth a visit, regardless of the city. In Lübeck we spontaneously decided to eat there with the family. The service was okay, the quality of the food corresponded to the blockhouse standard. We haven't regretted spending the evening there and can recommend the branch!

I find it breathtaking how intolerance and illnesses of a person are dealt with in the Block House. I have a gluten intolerance myself. The restaurant has an extra menu for such cases. Happy to advise on the food and the staff is nice and friendly with customers. The Block House has definitely achieved the price-performance ratio with very good. Then I'd rather pay more than save. Thank you for such a wonderful evening, I thought that if you are gluten intolerant you can never go out to eat again. It is possible here.

I'll post here instead of mail: I decided to treat myself to your most expensive piece of meat. I wanted medium-rare, but got medium-well-done at best. Also the piece was very sinewy. All in all I was disappointed.

Friendly staff and if I eat meat, then only in the block house. Nowhere else is the meat so good and tender and fried to the point. The rooms are a bit dark in summer, I think if you want to sit at midday in summer, this is wrong.

Very well coordinated kitchen team, it was a lot of fun to watch this team working from my seat. The service in the restaurant is very courteous and quick. Thank you for a very nice evening.

Teasty but two of four steaks was served milde cold.

Cheese Burger was tasty and the portion is acceptable. Nice and friendly staff and nice place in the amazing city Lübeck.

One of the best places we ate during our 2 week stay in 2007. Steak was amazing, the whole meal was amazing would definitely go back!

Nice place, fine food and a good atmosphere. Not five stars because it is a chain of restaurants and not more than that.

Not possible to book a table. Was promised beer in the bar if there was a waiting time which proved impossible because of number of people waiting. Disappointing customer service.

Their steaks are really good. They have improved on their service and are friendlier.

Great food, in a very central and easily accessible location. Menus in multiple languages. Fresh salads and excellent side dishes.

Walking in, I was surprised at how busy the place was. Luckily it did not take long for me to get a sit. My order was serve much faster than I have expected. I ordered a medium done steak, what was brought to me was more of a medium rare. Did not want to send it back so i went ahead to eat it. Steak served wit some corn and a baked potato, no pepper or mushroom sauces. To me, it was acceptable but not outstanding. Kind of disappointing as there were a number of good reviews for the steak. Staff are friendly and helpful. Most efficient as well. I had a steak and a beer for around 42 Euros.

Who knows Block House, knows what he gets. It is delicious and prices as usual. Petra was very friendly and attentive, great service. A stone deduction for: My Mr. Rumsteak was not quite as tasty. A bit too much pepper and not even grilled (partly still very red the meat).

The quality of meat ids amazing

I have been to many Block House restaurants and usually had good service and good food. This visit was a bit different from what I am used to. We were 8 visiting togeather and a lovely waitress took our order but another waitress brought the food and messed everything up and had litlw to no i terest in assisting or figuring out who ordered what. Om top of that at least 4 orders were not cooked as requested but one was way off and was sent back. The first waitress came back to try to fix the mess but returned with not what was asked for. By that time we had more or less given up and just ate what we got. To top it all when the waitress was removing dishes and cutlery she dropped it on the back of one of our guest. So, out of all visits to Block House restaurants, this was the worst one and so far the only bad one.

The order slip was under my french fries when served. I asked for a medium rear steak and got medium rear steak, got another one and that one was bleu. Did get a discount for the mistakes

Good food and staff. Shiraz wine not so good.
